This program is for people who have pain in their knee cap. It is a progressive programme written by a world cup winning physiotherapist with experience in multiple professional sports to demonstrate the rehab stages from injury back to sports. It includes 49 videos across 9 stages and contains information on pain management, land based rehab, strengthening, loading, dynamic loading, returning to running, returning to agility, reintegration into sports and maintenance. It is not for patients that are not under a medical practitioner nor is it an individualised tailored programme but a general programme of how professional athletes rehab knee cap pain. It is a programme designed to compliment the medical advice you are currently receiving.
